How do I get in contact with you?

How do I check the status of my order?

Simply log into your account if you created one. Additionally, if you provided a valid email or contact number, updates to your order will be sent directly to you.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within 7 days from the date you received the item. We will gladly accept the return; however, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. 

If the product was damaged or defective, please contact us at sjalearninghub@gmail.com. We will promptly issue a call tag for the unit and send out a replacement.

How do I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and COD (for selected areas only).

 

 

I didn't receive my order within 10 business days. Help?

We will resolve it right away. Just send us a message at sjalearninghub@gmail.com along with your order number, and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.
